I ordered this for a special church service, and it was just what I needed. I was very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the subtle gold threads woven into the jacket. Even though there was a little bling in the jacket, it was not too flamboyant to be worn by the pastor's wife. I am going to purchase the same style in another color. This is definitely a dress for a special occasion! Every bit of this set screams with quality. True to size and fits amazingly. Very flattering and love that the colors make this an outfit that can be worn regardless of the season so it's definitely something great for year round, no matter what the occasion may be! There is a beautiful broch type piece on the jacket that locks it closed which is super nice, and really blew me away- it's my favorite part of the entire set. Comfortable and soft! The material of the dress reminds me of a silkier type of material, however not silk- and definitely much more forgiving. This jacketed dress is beautiful! The jacket fits well and can be worn closed or left open. The embroidered fabric of the jacket has silver lines that shine with polka dots that match the color of the dress. I like that the dress and jacket are constructed well. The seams and hems are sewn straight and even, with no puckering or gaps. The seams lay flat in the garment and flatter the wearer's curves. I love the dress but don't love the jacket. the jacket feels stiff and cheap and very itchy. the dress is soft and does with you. doesn't fell stiff at all I wish I didn't have to use a different jacket with it. Read more
