The jacket fits perfect through the shoulders and sleeves - I am so happy with this suit I am going to order it in many more colors! I also received so many compliments on how chic and put together I looked. This is a very nice suit, and I say that as a person with 2 closets full of them. The material has a nice weight and the sheen is subtle. It fits well - not overly clingy and not too loose - absolutely appropriate for the workplace. I will say that I'm 5'4" and the pants are long, but that is every pair I buy so nothing unusual there.
