The sweater is soft and so cute! Highly recommend, true to size and meant to be loose fitting. Only neg is Amazon delivery is awful, package was left in middle of the driveway! Perfect for lounging out with friends ~Does not sit like the photo - this is more cropped and the hem is at the top of the hips so either needs to be worn with high waisted pants or with something underneath (unless you want to show some skin when you lift arms). The material of this sweater feels super soft. I was hesitant since it has some acrylic in it, but it is not uncomfortable at all. I like the lantern-style sleeves - they reach just past my wrists when I'm standing. This sweater is not cropped, but it only goes about an inch past my belly button when I'm standing. I just noticed on one of the product photos it is described as a “mini short style”. I would prefer a more fitted style in the stomach area, although I understand this may not suit everyone. Since I have larger breasts, the sweater tends to slope off them and hangs loose, so a tighter fit around the midsection would be more flattering. The little Santa heads are absolutely adorable and they really pop with the black background. I find some of the stitching a bit confusing. The seams in the armpits and along the tops of the shoulders, which are made of black sweater material, prominently display red glittery thread and some white thread. It seems odd to me that all the threading isn't black to match the sweater material. I chose a small and I am happy with my size choice. For reference, I'm 5'8" tall, weigh 129 lbs., and have an average to athletic build with measurements of 35.5 inches (bust), 28.5 inches (waist), and 37.5 inches (hips). This sweater is too cute for an 'ugly Christmas sweater' contest, but that doesn't mean I don't recommend it. I would be sure to check the size chart about the sweater length details to avoid any surprises when it arrives.
