This dress was as described. I didn’t have to iron or steam it or alter it at all for my very petite 14 year old for a Christmas concert. I’m only giving a 3 because the fit is so cute on, but also I ordered one and they sent light grey instead of light blue. Then they sent a replacement and again another light grey.
