I think it runs small but supports the “girls” nicely. It is cut short in length and has excellent padding if you want it. The inside elastic part of the shelf bra was really snug (too tight for me). If you have a large chest, I would order a size up. It does not hold you in through the stomach area, the fabric is stretchy but not Lycra or yoga pants stretchy. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of this tank top. The pads aren’t super thick and they provide good coverage. I’m 5’5 138 lb 36C and the medium fits perfectly. Not too tight so it doesn’t cut in. The length is to the hip, not cropped like in the photo. I’m planning on wearing to sleep in on a couples trip so the length is actually good.
