I LOVE this jacket! I bought it to wear in my best friend's wedding. I was the officiant and needed a piece that stood out from the rest of the wedding party but still fit in. The bride chose the wine color from David's Bridal and this color matched it perfectly! I wear it all the time now and it's one of my favorite pieces. It's heavier than expected but I appreciate the quality of the fabrics used. It's sheer but the burnout design helps to provide nice coverage if you're self-conscious about any area it covers. These kimono style wraps are really very pretty and stylish. A one-size-fits-all approach typical of the kimono style, they fit me just fine at a 3x size and would simply be fuller on a smaller frame. They will work for a lightweight wrap or a swim cover up. I ordered several colors until I found one that was the perfect shade. These aren't going to be cold weather wraps, but will provide a little protection in summer and warm spring or autumn days. I’ve bought two of these kimonos. The first was a rose color. It’s perfect and looks exactly like the photo. These pieces are beautiful. The weight is nice. They’re flowy. The velvet is soft. The tassels are quality. My complaints are that the grey and ivory is so grossly inaccurately described that it doesn’t remotely represent the description. There is no grey and there is no ivory. The part that would be grey is a saturated slate cerulean blue and it’s beautiful but the sheer part that should be ivory is definitely pink. Such a bummer because I love the pictured image so much more than what I got. The “grey ivory” one also came SUPER WRINKLED and was just wadded up in the bag. Love this piece! The color is great and is very flattering. It fits great and I have worn it over dresses and jumpers. The fabric is nice and comfortable and lightweight enough to not be burdensome but also sturdy enough to work well with any item. I love this company's kimonos! Somehow, their velvet does not shed like others I have worn. They are stylish and lightweight, and can be dressed up or dressed down with ease.
