I was really disappointed in this top. The fabric is thick and comfortable, but the quality is really quite terrible. There are multiple issues even on opening with the finish on edges and I am not sure they are fixable since this is a knit. Loose ends and bad finish on both sides of the collar, at least one cuff, and visible flaws in the knit itself on the back. The construction is crazy - I don't think I have ever seen a purchased garment that didn't at least serge the edges, and this is just a very tiny seam allowance and big, loose stitching with absolutely no finishing on the seams. Considering that this is a knit, I have to guess that the fabric will just start coming apart and unravel throughout over a few wears. This is truly the lowest quality finishing I have ever seen. The fit of the cardigan is just beyond weird. On my size medium, the smallest part is at the bust, making the buttons bulge a bit, while the armholes are very wide (creating unflattering bulk under the arms). The shoulder seams are close to perfect for me, but the sleeves are a good 3+" too long (covering most of my hands, and if anything, sleeves on properly constructed garments tend to be perfect or a little short for me). The length overall is really flattering, but the buttons and overlap end a good two inches above my belly button (at my true waist), which means that I need to either wear ridiculously high rise pants or find a coordinating shirt that won't look weird showing only at my waist in order to wear this. I did not try the buttons as I could easily fit this over my head. Additionally, the listing says it's machine wash, but the label requires hand wash and no hanging to dry. I am so sad about the poor quality and worse fit as this could have been a lovely warm staple piece for fall and winter. Overall, this is an incredibly disappointing garment that claimed to be high quality, but in reality is a poorly made, ill fitting waste of money. Read more

When I opened up my package, I thought I wouldn't like this sweater. It looked bigger than I expected. It is also very thick, limiting you to wearing it in the fall and winter. But when I put it on, it was pretty OK. Material is 50% viscose, 28% polyester and 22% nylon, so there's some stretch to it. You can tell from the model pictures that it is meant to be worn slightly big but I think the arms on my Medium were slightly big while everything else was OK. Makes me wonder if I should have sized down. I also think the fit is more likely comparable to the picture in which the buttons end right on the navel, and not the one in which it is significantly above the navel.
