I'm totally surprised by this cardigan. It came completely shrink wrapped, didn't look like much, until I put it in the wash, dried it in the dryer, and pulled it out. The sweater became a lovely item of clothing. The fabric is made of 55% acrylic, and 45% cotton. It is soft, comfortable, and perfect to be worn over a tank top, or a light, long or short sleeve, top. Pair it with a pretty infinity scarf, a pair of jeans, corduroy pants, or skirt, and a perfect outfit is created. I purchased the beige color in small as I am 5'3 and 117 lbs. The item covered my wrists and fell at high hip, as you can see from the pictures. The design is flattering and not figure hugging, which is the way I like it. It can be worn on its own in the Spring or early Autumn, but not in the Winter in the Northeast. The lower cut v-neck definitely requires that something be worn underneath. The gold colored buttons give it a classic and rich look. The knit of the fabric makes the sweater look very feminine and attractive. Overall, this turned out to be better than expected.
