Womens Cashmere and Merino Wool Blend Cable Knit Button Front Cardigan Sweater Long Sleeve Thick Knit

Wow! What a beautiful and high quality sweater! SHABADUER'S 50% Cashmere and 50% Merino Wool blend cardigan is a winner by my standards, bringing us a more affordable product of high quality. I love the cable knit with the ribbed cuffs and hem. It is a classic that never goes out of style. You can dress it up or wear it as a classy casual. The knit is substantial and the sweater looks good alone and buttoned up. But, it's not so heavy that it is too thick paired over other tops. Part of the beauty of Cashmere is that it is breathable and oh, so soft. Both are evident in this sweater. I ordered a size small in black. I found the color to be a nice dark true black. For reference, I'm a size Petite 4 with a 32 B/C bust and 27 inch waist. The small was a good relaxed fit. There is plenty of room to wear over another top. The length went to my upper hip area and the sleeves were a bit on the long side. I think the fit is fine for both petite and regular sizes. If you are tall, you may find the length a little on the short side. This sweater is a great option if you love Cashmere, but the price is more than you want to spend. You still get all the wonderfull attributes of Cashmere with the added durability of a quality Merino Wool. Due to the Cashmere, this sweater is marked handwash only. Dry cleaning chemicals could damage the fiber. Due to the quality of this sweater, I feel that the current pricepoint of $95.89 is very fair. This sweater by shabaduer is gorgeous. It runs true to size with the caveat that it is designed to be more of a loose, rather than tight, fit. I think the picture of the sweater on the model does a good job at depicting this. The material is luxurious. The fabric is a wonderful mix of cashmere and merino keeping it super soft but still affordable. One way the quality shines through is with the color. The way the fiber took dye is phenomenal and the dye color is beautiful. It is like a stunning slate blue/grey. Like a storm cloud with a bit a sun trying to peak through. I found the selection of buttons to be surprising. The designer used black buttons rather than brown - I really like the more modern / edgier effect this gives. I also think that black is more versatile which makes this an easy choice for me as it matches much of my wardrobe. I recommend this product! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying that my pic and video doesn’t properly show the color. It’s a beautiful baby pink, just as you see on the model. This is a very well made cardigan. It’s thick and weighty. The cable knit design is flawless and I love how evenly spaced the buttons are. My regular size is a US medium but I ordered a small because I like my sweaters fitted. The small fit comfortably. It was slightly itchy when I tried it on my bare skin, but it could be just my sensitive skin. After washing I will update if needed. Read more

Wow. Incredible sweater. I have several cashmere sweaters-- 2 that I ordered from Amazon from Cashmere Boutique. Ive bought cashmere sweaters in Scotland. Hinestly, the quality of this sweater is so much nicer, the yarn is so much softer. This is a wonderful sweater and a bargain at this price, for the quality.
