This isn't a great picture of the jacket, but it shows that the hem hits just below the butt, and the sleeves fall just above the fingers. I like that the jacket is fully lined. After a wedding, the girls had too much fun and I don't know what the mess was that got on the jacket. I had planned to take it to the cleaners, but the label directive is to machine wash it. I was hesitant, but I added a little baking soda and Persil to a cold water, gentle cycle wash and it came clean. I put it in the dryer on extra low until it was almost dry, then I hung it up and it looked perfect, ready to wear. This is a jacket that is versatile enough for any occasion, dress it up or dress it down. It has a nice crape feel and drape. This blazer was great and fit really well. I loved the purple color and it was a nice quality that was thick but not too thick that you would get hot in it. The size is perfect and the material is exactly what you need for an office or casual setting. The problem is that it is difficult to get the shipping wrinkles out of the blazer. I washed and dried according to instructions and even tried ironing but I could not get those wrinkles to go away. I will try again and see if I have better luck.
