These are really cute. The pockets are crunchy, crinkly like the other reviews state. But I am going to overlook that because I like them. I would say that these are not the kind of corduroy that I'm used too, but, as I say, I really like them. They are a pretty lightweight fabric. I ordered the black and the greenish ones. They fit well, they're comfortable, but if I'm being honest - I can't see myself wearing them on a regular basis. The pockets are absolutely maddening. When you put your hands in them, it's nice and deep but they lined it with what feels like the same material they make tents and parachutes with. It wasn't a pleasant feeling, and it makes quite a bit of noise if you're actually using your pockets to store things like a normal human being. The outer material, the corduroy is great! It's soft and fuzzy and traps body heat really well. The length is perfect. I just wish they wouldn't have messed up SO badly on the pockets. That was my only complaint. Read more

These aren't traditional thick corduroy, more of a thinner material, and the XXL fits like a US 14, without the bagginess that the model shows. The pockets are weirdly crinkly? As in, they are lined with a material that makes a sound when you move, which is a little unexpected. Otherwise, these pants are pretty much as advertised. They are cozy and casual, I see them being for around the house or for errands and dressed-down things. The pockets work, but could be deeper, but the drawstring seems to keep the pants in place, so I'm happy with that! They are a decent value and the color is a dark grey, not a true black.
