Love this dress. I immediately put it on after opening it. I’m 5’1 and 158lbs and the Large fit me like a glove. It’s stretchy and perfect to wear to the beach or just around the house. I love the crochet look. Plus the little holes allow airflow. Standing in front of the a/c feels amazing on this hot day 😌 I ordered a black one as well but it’s in the mailbox. This swim cover up is amazing!!! I purchased the Apricot color and the color is exactly as I expected from the seller’s pictures. The dress arrived vacuum sealed which I wasn’t expecting — I’ve seen that with big puffy jackets but not with little dresses like this, but as with other clothing that arrives like this, once you cut open the packaging it comes out looking beautiful. This dress is so pretty, it’s definitely the best swim cover up dress I’ve ever owned. It appears well made, I inspected the whole dress and didn’t see any signs of quality issues at all. As for sizing info: I am 5’7” 165 lbs, around 36B/C bra size. I’m usually a size L or XL. I wasn’t sure what size to go with on this one but I didn’t want it to be too big and end up looking frumpy for a swim cover so I tried my smaller size which is size L. It absolutely fits me in this size, and I will be keeping it and wearing it! However I do think a size up would’ve been my best fit. I love this dress so much that I will be buying it in the brown color in XL and will review that purchase as well to help others by comparing the sizes. For now, if you’re between two sizes, you might wanna consider the larger size, however— the coverup is also quite long! I don’t mind this at all personally but at 5’7” the large still goes a bit past my knees, so if you are shorter than I am, you also might want to keep your desired length in mind when picking your size. And even though I think XL would’ve fit me best, the L still fits great, I just think it’s not as flattering on my tummy as a size up might be. But this seems to be the type of item where it will fit you well in more than one size so again, if the length is important for you, note that this is a longer swim cover up dress so keep that in mind when picking your size. Overall, this cover up is beautiful, appears well made, the apricot color is exactly as it was shown and I’d say it runs true to size, just know it’s longer than the typical swim cover up which could be a pro or con depending on what you’re looking for. This has a nice color, material, and design. You can wear it as a swimsuit coverup, but you could also wear it as a regular dress. It's see-through, but not truly. To be sure though, you could always wear a thin piece of material under... As for fit, it's great. I wear baggy clothes often & ordered this in my biggest size, and it's still pretty form-fitting (not baggy as usual). So, due to stretch, you can order your size or 1-2 sizes bigger & it'll be fine. As for cleaning, the tag says to hand wash or dry clean only. I machine washed on cold gentle cycle & laid it flat to dry. Once dry, I put it on the cold air/fluff dryer cycle. Turned out fine! Nice and soft. No weird strings hanging or stretched material. I haven't tried to iron, but since the tag says to steam press, I assume it's very delicate! I wouldn't hang to dry for fear of stretching. And if you are going to lay it flat to dry, make sure all wrinkles/folds are out/flattened. It will be in the shape you left it in permanently until you steam/wash. Overall, this dress is nice to look at & feels good on the body. The color I got is currently called "coffee" & looks darker in the product pics. But as of April 2025, it's more like camel color in person. This crochet swimsuit cover/dress is adorable! I got it in coffee and the color is exactly as pictured on my devices. Because it is 90% Viscose and 10% Polyester, I went up a size to Medium as I had a suspicion it could shrink, which it did a bit. Even though hand washed in cold water and hung to dry, it did shrink enough that I’m glad I went up a size. For reference I am 4’11 and 122 lbs., 34DD and normally wear size Small. The pictures attached with the measuring tape are after it was washed. It goes mid-knee on me and somewhat form fitted, but not tight. I would like to wear it as a dress and think it could be pulled off with a slip. It is so cute and I have since also ordered it in black. Read more

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed in this coverup. I feel like the knitting is much larger than what appears in the photo and just feels a little on the cheeper side of things when comparing coverups in a similar price range. It's also much longer than I thought it would be. I'm on the shorter/smaller side of things and figured it would probably go over my knees but this goes past it. Shrinking it in the wash helped the material/sizing some, but it's still something that just doesn't really look flattering if you're on the petite side of things. The "apricot" color is much less ivory/beige like the picture shows and more of a peach/orange/yellow color. I feel like it would look good on curvier people, but would swallow people with a more athletic build. Read more
