This is quite cute and looks more expensive than what I paid for it. It came pretty wrinkled and I needed it the next day so I ran it under the faucet to get it kinda wet, smoothed out what wrinkles I could and tossed it the dryer on low heat checking it every 10 minutes. That worked! I think some would say it is a bit thin but it was the perfect weight to keep my arms warm at a large hotel event-not too thick and not too thin. Read more

I believe I can EASILY explain the conflicting opinions on this item by suggesting that if all of the people that gave it any kind of negative review would have simply steamed it before they critiqued it, they would not have returned it and given it a thumbs up in a big way. Straight out of packaging, it does have a sheen to it but ONLY bc the vacuum sealed packaging puts what looks like a permanent crease in it, giving it an almost marbled or two toned look. Steam it and it is a nice silky feel without the two toned/patrern effect. Also I thought at first the medium might be a tad snug; however, after steaming out the wrinkles it fit exactly like I wanted it to! So please give this GREaT sweater a chance like I did. I have a handful of black sweaters. Some perfect for different occasions but this one will now be my perfect go to and will work as my only black sweater in my suitcase to Italy next month. Not too hot; not too cold. Just right. Read more

Very nice material for a dress sweater. I got it to wear over a dress at a wedding. Because of the price, I wanted to make sure I got some mileage out of it and quality wise, I will. But, I ordered 1 size up to make the sweater was a bit more versatile. I'm glad I did because XL fits like a large. I still love the sweater, but definitely didn't get the extra layering room I wanted. Read more
