An EXCELLENT jacket, value and overall purchase. Comparing to other products, this jacket delivers in warmth, fit, color and Winter protection. I ordered size S in the off white/neutral color. Zipper is substantial, hood actually fits and is not just ornamental, pockets are fleece lined offering added warmth. Being a puffer style, it is definitely puffed but to the degree it looks ugly. There is substantial room to layer or wear a heavy sweater without feeling restricted. The arm length is ideal and includes a cuff, too! First, I would like to say that this coat is 100% quality!!! If it fit the way I had hoped I would have kept it. But due to the points listed below I had to return it (them). Measurements for Reference: Height: 5’5” Body Type: Pear-shaped w/ Short Torso Full Review: I purchased two coats from Puffit. I didn’t know which size would fit me best and the size guide wasn’t really that helpful. I decided to get one coat in a size small and the other in a medium. Also, I didn’t know which color I wanted because the images online both looked like the same color. My desire was for a cream, off white, beige color. Both the Matte Pearl and the Cream colors looked about the same and I didn’t know which would give me the look I was hoping for. So with that said I bought one coat in the color Cream and size small. The other coat was in the Matte Pearl, size medium. Now, being a pearshaped woman, I have to make sure things are going to fit me correctly. Sometimes you can get a size down and that will shorten the length of the coat, hopefully ending right at the top of the hips. But something to look out for is then you might loose length in the arms. So I was curious to see how the two different sizes would fit on me. The first thing I noticed was that the colors are clearly different. If you look at the pictures attached, the Cream coat is more grayish while the Matte Pearl is more beige. If I were to pick off of color I would say the Matte Pearl wins. In the next few pictures you can see how each coat lays on my body. For most people they would fit quite nicely, but since I am specifically looking for something that will compliment my body type neither of the coats really laid the way I had hope. But I do hope that by seeing these pictures you can make the best judgment call for your body. As far as “is this coat worth the price”, I would definitely recommend! As soon as you put it on it is extremely warm. The sleeves are amazing with the cuff sewn in such a way where snow can’t fall in. I wish so badly the coat fit the way I wanted because the sleeves on this coat are absolutely perfect. I did also notice the fleece lined pockets. Very nice. I personally don’t like zipper pockets but I understand the usefulness of zipping up your keys and phone so they don’t fall out. But again, I personally don’t like zippers because they can be uncomfortable when my hands are inside. I loved all the other features (detachable hood and the ability to cinch in the waist.), however the cinched waisted part doesn’t really do anything for me with my body type. It just tighten around my hips more and didn’t really help. Overall, I would highly recommend this coat to anyone who is looking for a quality warm winter coat. But my one complaint would be that it is not “cropped”. It is a regular length puffer coat. Not long, not short. Regular length. And a bit oversized on some body types. Absolutely Love this puffer! Runs big so I sized down from a medium to a small. It fits perfectly, is very warm and very stylish! The color is dark taupe. Looks like a dark beige with a slight grayish hue. It so nice. The quality is great and it is very thick but comfortable. Read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. I love this warm beautiful jacket. It’s everything I wanted it to be and I feel like I’m in a warm comforting blanket when I wear it.
