I got this as a Victorian era top. It is so pretty! The details in the shirt make it a quality piece. It is NOT too thin or see thru or revealing. I like the way it fits - I am 5'7", 165 pounds, wear a size 10 and got a large. Buttons perfectly with NO pulling. Pleats allow for it to be worn without it tucked in if you want. This is a beautiful blouse but it runs small in the bust. Fits perfectly in all other areas for a medium but a little too small across the chest. Also the sleeves are straight and not ballooned as depicted in the photo. The buttons are plastic. Also, it cannot be tumbled dry. You must hang to dry. Read more

This blouse runs a little small. (I usually wear M-L 38" bust,) but ordered the XL and it fits comfortably loose. I own 4 of these now!! They are so comfortable and wash on delicate very well! They do need to be touched up with an iron, but well worth the time! I get so many compliments. The lacey look is beautiful. The sleeves are nice and long and not too tight at the cuff so easy to move in! The buttons are plastic pearls, set in a plastic gold base, so it gives the look an extra elegance.
