The first thing I noticed was the intricate embroidery—it’s delicate but feels super sturdy. Slipping them on, the fit around my wide calves was perfect without feeling restrictive. For PU leather these look amazing. The quality of the stitching and the work is excellent. There is an interior lining that is a little fuzzy and all black so it didn’t photograph well. It adds to the comfort but unlike leather it is a little sticker when wearing boot socks. They still slid on fine and came off pretty easily. I pulled one off with my hand but used a boot jack for the other one which was much easier. The liner just holds your foot better and different than a classic real leather interior. There is a composite sole and heel which should add to durability. The heel is a good height for both looks and comfort. The boots were comfortable all around whether walking for standing. The first minute or so I felt some pressure on the bottom of my foot, but it cleared shortly after my foot settled in. After that I walked for hours with no problem. The fit was right on; I wear and ordered a 10. They were snug with boot socks on, but with the liner in the boot I can go a little thinner for a slightly less snug fit. I didn’t try with stocking, but I am guess they would work fine because of the liner in the boot. A couple months ago I spent several hours with my niece in a top boot shop in Austin Texas getting her real Texas cowboy (cowgirl) boots. I can say that these look as good as many that were there at 10 times the price. Of course, they are not real leather and probably won’t last a lifetime like most of those, but for the price these are excellent and can make it in any environment that you need good looking cowboy boots. If you’re looking for authentic western boots, first of all—why are you looking on Amazon, and secondly, these aren’t it. However, if you just want the western vibe without the functionality of true authentic boots, these are fantastic. They’re very comfy, the stitching is quality, and they’re genuine leather. They fit around my calves well (not too tight but not annoyingly large either) and their design could work well to dress up or down. The things I’m not a fan of—the leather stain smell was HORRIBLY strong when I opened the box. The stain is also really patchy on the boots, I’m assuming to give them a “lived in” look, but it looks more like a sloppy paint job to me. The bottom soles have ZERO traction in any way, which I feel should be included in boots that are designed for the fashion and not the functionality (true riding boots are pretty dangerous if there’s traction). With those things in mind, I’m not sure if the price is completely worth it, but they’re definitely very comfy and a great fashion option. (Keep in mind when buying authentic leather boots, they should fit very snug—the more you wear them, they stretch to form to your foot shape!!) Read more

These boots are super cute and pair really well with jeans or a long skirt. I love the embroidered design and the height is just right — not too tall, and I can still line dance in them comfortably. I do wish they had a bit more padding inside, as they’re only okay for wearing for short periods. Still, they’re a great addition to my fall wardrobe! Read more

It did take a little time to adjust since I’m not used to such tall boots, but once broken in, they became super comfortable. Though they’re designed for wide calves, I have average-sized calves and found the fit just right—not too tight, not sloppy. I am impressed with how sturdy these boots are. The stitching is beautiful. I've been walking around the ranch for a few weeks now in them, and after I cleaned them up, they still look brand new; no scuff marks. It took me a moment to adjust to them as I'm not used to wearing such tall boots around, but they fit perfectly, and now I feel comfortable with each step. They are for a wide calf, but I don't find these to be sloppy, and I'm probably average (not wide or small) calved. I haven't had any dimpling or stitch fray. These are very pretty cowboy boots, and the pink color and embroidery give them a great style. The leather is soft, feels like good quality, and the boots seem to be well-made.
