In fairness, this could be worn outside of Valentine's day, but it really IS ideal for a Valentine sweater with a more classic, fair isle take on the holiday. This sweater fits true to size, I ordered up because I prefer super oversized sweaters and was pleased that it fit the way I wanted it to. As this is an acrylic blend, it's a very soft and cozy sweater, and it is very, very warm. I will really enjoy wearing this on cold days, and it washed well in cold water in a mesh laundry bag, a quick tumble dry on low and then laid flat to dry the rest of the way. The way the seller styled it is great, and it does pair well with wide leg or barrel leg jeans and sneakers, or dressed up and tucked/rolled under to be more of a cropped sweater with a high waisted skirt or pants. The packaging came with a hole in it, and I looked closer and it looks like someone hit the bag with a hot tool and that went through the bag and melted the sweater. The sweater is very soft and fits well, but I cannot wear it as there is a melted bit with a few small holes right across the chest. Read more

I wanted so badly to love this sweater. It would have been a go for me, but the top part where the design shows,lays like football pads for a football player. Thick, bulky and uncomfortable to me. The good thing is that is it true to size, ordered an XL and fits like and XL. The design is gorgeous, the sweater definitely feels quality. Ordered this for my wife. It looks and feels like a quality sweater. She loves the material, very, very soft, she also likes the heart design. The colors are vibrant without being overly bright. It's a sweater that she'll most likely wear around Valentine's Day, but it is suitable for anytime of the year. She wears a small and the sweater fits very well, slightly on the relaxed side, so order your true size. UPDATE: 02/08/25: As we're nearing Valentine's Day, my wife has been wearing the sweater more often.
