I got a L. I’m 5’3” & 195lbs. The shirt was a bit shiny when I first took it out of the packaging, but after washing it, the color softened and the shine faded—which I actually prefer. This is such an easy fun sweater to add to your wardrobe. I really like the added pop of red around the collar, waist, and wrists. I added a red vest to mine when I wore it. The only reason for the drop of the star is because my arm length was a little short. I also found that after washing you really do have to iron it every time, you can not just take out of the dryer and shake out the wrinkles. The construction feels nice, the fabric is breathable and doesn’t make me sweaty, and the high contrast accents are lovely. It went through the washer and dryer easy with no bleeding or fraying. I wanted a comfortable, casual striped top that fits my minimalist style. I ordered a size Large because I am 186 lbs and didn't want the loose fit to be too big on my petite, pear-shaped frame. The fit is good and provides plenty of room. The overall color seems faded or washed out, which gives the black and white stripes a softer look. The sweater falls to a flattering length below the hip, and the relaxed fit works well for my figure.
