Love this skirt! 5'8" 170lbs and it fit so well. My legs are the longer portion of my body so finding skirts that cover all the bits while not looking to desperate is sometimes hard to do. This skirt was perfect! It hugged my hips and waist like it was tailored to me and hit my thighs in that happy medium spot where I can get in and out of car without any slips. I bought this skirt to complete an outfit I’m building for my birthday and I looked at a lot of reviews on other products and decided this one was the one I wanted. I haven’t worn a pencil skirt or any form fitting dresses in a LONG time because I don’t necessarily like how my body fits into them so I was nervous. Others have shared their photos and everyone looked amazing so I gave it a shot. I love the stretch, the fit and how it doesn’t make my tummy stick out, it actually does a nice job compressing it. I did struggle with the zipper. It would barely move up and was impossible to get over the waist seam. I ultimately pulled the skirt up off my hips to wear the whole skirt was around my waist and zipped it all the way up and then pulled the skirt back down into place and that worked ok. I don’t like how the slit looks after any movement. The edges just stick out and it’ll require me to keep adjusting them to stay down. This does bother me but the fit and comfort of the skirt will have me keep it. Someone in the other reviews did say it has a not so pleasant smell upon opening the bag and they were right. It doesn’t smell good but the same reviewer said if you just let it be and air out for a couple days that smell goes away. So knowing that I wasn’t perturbed from making that a deal breaker. Super cute skirt. Thankfully mine didn’t come with a fishy smell as others have stated. The skirt has a nice bit of stretch, a zipper in the back and super cute slip. This little faux leather skirt was exactly what I was looking for! I’m 5’2” and about 110 lbs It was not snug at all. As a matter of fact, I was thinking that it could’ve been a little tighter around my waist and hips. I’m built more like a boy so if you have a booty the fit would be a little bit better for you! The length was good! I’m in my 60s so I didn’t want something so short that I couldn’t bend over. LOL The fabric is really soft and comfortable!
