Gorgeous Sweater, Over the Top Packaging
From the moment I received this sweater, it screamed luxury. Let's discuss the packaging. Seriously, this item has the most elaborate packaging I have ever received for what it actually is. Within the Amazon brown box, it arrived in its own securely sealed brown box. Within that was another very heavy and expensive-feeling white box, similar to what you expect with an Apple product. The white box has a flap closure secured with magnets. You could easily reuse this box to store papers, receipts, etc. Opening the white box reveals the sweater carefully wrapped in white tissue paper. The sweater is dwarfed by the size of the box it is in, and the sweater itself had slid into one half of the box. There was a Solova product card on top of it, and it had two additional Solova product cards attached at the garment tag on the neck. The sweater itself is super soft, lightweight, and has an expensive feel. Quality of construction is perfect. At this price point, I expect nothing less. Although I have just gushed about the packaging of this sweater, it's also why I'm removing a star from it. It's clear that there was a lot of money spent on the boxes and packaging, which seems a little over the top to me. The box is oversized and much too large for the sweater.
