This is a great skirt for spring and summer! It’s very lightweight and flowly. The material is very breathable, even the shorts that are built in are light and don’t stick to my body. For size reference I am 5’8” at 145lbs and ordered my usual size in medium. It fits true to size and looks flattering on. The only issue I have is that I ordered a lighter blue color and received the navy color instead. Overall this is a decent skort and the price feels fair! Read more

I wanted to review the skirt for a long time, but I couldn’t find an outfit that did it justice. Finally, I found a matching halter top and this little summer topper. Everything about this skirt is light and airy. The shorts underneath our cherry on top just in case I walk over a vent or something. The seam design on the skirt makes it twirly. The length makes it versatile. The fabric is soft, smooth and lightweight and perfect for spring, summer, or fall, just add tights. I added a picture showing the length of the shorts because they’re more than just a brief style. I got a large and it’s true to size. I am typically a size 10 or 30 inch waist in pants. Because of the flattering color, perfect length, convenient shorts, and fluttery details, this is already a favorite in my closet. I realize that it seems offbeat to propose that a flowy ruffled "skort" become a wardrobe essential but hear me out: As a work at home parent I need to wear clothing that is flexible (as in moves with me) and comfortable. But on the other hand, it also has to meet my standard of modesty and be presentable enough that I can leave the house within 10 minutes. The attire must be business casual enough, for when I get a call to go to the school and pick up one of the kids, or if I have to take someone to an appointment, or I have to attend a meeting or whatever it is. So being that I don't exactly feel great about walking around exposing my rear end in tight leggings with only a tee-shirt or sweater on top, this bottom piece under review here is the outfit's keystone. So in the winter months, we women can take care of business at home and when we need to go somewhere, put this skirt on over leggings and that makes a very cute outfit. In the summer, you can wear this bottom as a stand-alone item. It has multiple layers and it is flowy, so if your butt sweats it is not like you will have a massive moisture stain in one piece of cloth covering your backside. It is high-waisted, so if you have a bit of a pooch or some love-handles it will cover those elements up a bit.
