These shorts are a pretty cute. I really like the design in general, but the execution wasn't the best. The primary issue is the exterior material is really thin and poor quality. This creates two issues. First, it's very easy to catch on things and damage. And second, it doesn't puff out or flow around as much as it would if it were better material. With that said, overall it's not a bad pair of shorts. The inner material is the part that is shorts and the outer layer is a skirt with no crotch. The inner material is stretchy and form fitting, but not as thick as I'd like. The pocket on the outside of the inner layer is a really nice touch, though. Because the material is thin, it's not really good enough to hold a phone, unfortunately, as it will stretch it too much to stay. Maybe a small flip phone might work OK. But it can hold an ID card, credit card, cash or other small, lightweight necessities. Overall, it's an OK value for the money, but I really am torn on recommending it or not, primarily because of the exterior material could have been so much better. Read more

The cutest flowy skirt with shorts underneath! Such a cute skirt! I love that it’s flowy and has just a bit of ruffles. Extra points for this skirt to also have the built in shorts underneath! It’s super cute to wear in the spring, but also easily paired with tights and a sweater in the colder months. The waistband is thicker and easily adjustable. It’s also a high waisted skirt and fits perfectly at the smallest point of my waist. Very flattering. It’s doesn’t uncomfortably dig in. The length is perfect. The skirt doesn’t make you look or feel poofier. I think it’s quite flattering. I chose the color black to easily pair with any color type needed and making it more versatile all year round. I appreciate this listing has a ton of other colors though. I chose my size based on the measurements in the listing and I think they are accurate. I think the skirt fits correctly. First off, it's worth the value. The shorts are a better quality than the skirt. However, the skirt is still made of decent quality. The skirt is see-through, breathable, and flowy. You can't tell by my image it's see-through, but it is. But it doesn't matter because you have built-in shorts underneath. I had to tell my hubby, even though I noticed that the skirt part was see-through when I put it on. And shorts are stretchable and comfortable, but not see-though or breathable. I loved the way the skirt flowed with movement. Both are true to size, medium. And besides the fact that the skort is cute and stylish. It's very functional with what I'm dubbing the invisible pocket. It is only one pocket and it was deep enough to hold my phone. And I immediately thought of, since I'm not a big purse person. I could conceal I.D. or a small card wallet there. That's why I kept my phone in that pocket with all the images and only revealed it in one of them. I thought it was funny that the puffy side that looked like that's where my phone was. Actually wasn't the side where my phone was and that there is no pocket there. The only thing that would have made this skort, super kool. Would have been to have a second pocket, even though it's not needed. I also noticed the elastic on the waist is really good.
