The fabric also feels supportive without being too tight or restrictive. The thumb holes are a nice touch! They help keep the sleeves in place, which is particularly useful during activities like yoga or pilates. It also adds a bit of warmth on chilly mornings, and I really appreciate the extra functionality they offer. The jacket is lightweight and breathable, making it great for layering over a tank top or sports bra. It doesn’t trap heat, so I never felt overheated during my workouts, and I didn’t notice any odors lingering after wearing it. It also packs down small, which is a plus if you need to throw it in your gym bag post-workout. The jacket is on the shorter side, even for someone like me who is 5'3". It hits at the hips and tends to ride up during certain movements, which can be a little annoying. If you’re looking for more coverage, this might not be the best option, as it’s not as long as I’d like for full coverage during stretching or high-reach exercises. I was honestly really excited about this jacket when it came in because the material is actually amazing. It’s lightweight but still feels supportive, and it has that smooth, stretchy spandex feel that’s perfect for workouts or just wearing out casually. It doesn’t feel cheap at all. In fact, it really reminds me of something you’d get from Lululemon especially with the sleek design and thumb holes. Super flattering concept. What I love most about it is the way it’s designed with curves through the waist. It gives that snatched, athletic look without looking overdone. It’s definitely one of those pieces that makes you feel put together whether you’re heading to the gym, going for a run, or just throwing it on with leggings. Now for the downside and unfortunately it’s a big one. It runs EXTREMELY small. I ordered a large, and I’m not exaggerating when I say it fits like a small. Not even a slightly snug large… it genuinely looks and feels two sizes smaller. I could barely get it on comfortably, and there’s no way I could actually wear it out. It was super disappointing because I loved everything else about it. If sizing were more accurate, this would easily be one of my favorite workout jackets. The zipper seems great too. The quality, the style, the overall look it’s all there. I just really wish it worked out sizing wise because it had so much potential. I am always on the hunt for good athletic wear. This jacket seemed to be a good choice, but I was very disappointed when I received it. It's TINY. Unwearable tiny. It's so short it barely covers my belly button. There is no way this was made with adult sizing. I'm 5'5", 130 lbs, and usually fit between a small and a medium. I always go up to a medium in jackets so I can layer, but the medium I ordered is more like an XXS. I did give it an extra star because the color is really pretty and it seems well made, but there's no way for me to make it work with the fit. Read more
I do not mind tighter fitting clothes. I love athletic wear! Zip up jackets with thumb hole sleeves are right at the top of my list. I like the color of this jacket. The weight is great for working out, especially if you are a runner (not for winter, but fall, spring and even summer, for sure!). I normally wear a Medium. I ordered the X-Large and it is definitely too snug. An XXL would possibly fit okay. So just be sure to check your sizing against the chart so you won't be disappointed. I really like this full zip-up workout jacket. The fabric is smooth, soft, and feels great against the skin. It has a more form-fitting style, which I personally love because it’s very flattering and shows off your curves. If you like your jackets fitted, I’d recommend sticking with your regular size. The zipper is poorly attached, leaving an unfinished, scratchy flap of fabric at the top that constantly irritated my neck. A similar unfinished fold exists at the bottom. Furthermore, the length ran quite short on me (I'm 5'3"), more like a cropped jacket than a standard workout layer. While the price is attractive, you are trading off refined details. It serves its purpose as a functional, lightweight layer, but the annoying zipper and shorter cut mean it's just not the right fit for me.
