I really wanted to love these boots because they were such a great value for a genuine leather product. They looked a little funky in the pictures but I did not mind because I like original and different looking shoes. The leather is nice and soft and they are lined with fuzzy plush liner. HOWEVER, the sizing is definitely off. I wear 8 1/2 in some shoes and 9 in most. I ordered size 9 in these shoes and they are way too tight. I could barely put them on. Additionally, the zippers in the back are cheap and one of them would just not zip up. I'm not sure if it was an issue with the zipper itself or the tight fit did not allow me to close it. Finally, there was a defect in the leather around the left toe that looked like the material was stretched out or thinner in that spot. These are definitely cheap looking shoes with odd soles that have very plastic feel to them. I would not recommend these boots. Read more

When I pulled these out of the package I thought they had sent the wrong size because they looked small, but I was surprised when I tried them on that they are true to size. My feet are technically a 9.5, they are really halfway between a 9 and a 9.5, so I was able to use my shoe stretcher to increase the size just a bit to make them a perfect fit. Being made of real leather (they smell like leather as well), they took the stretch pretty well. The leather is ok quality, it does feel like it would peel after a bit of wear, but the pebbled look is a nice difference from my other black leather shoes. These are only 47$ at the time of writing this, and they do look it. The inside is nice and soft so I can wear them as the weather gets colder and they have a nice coziness. The sole is really comfortable, they are stiffer than a lot of the barefoot shoes I wear, but they are not too bad. I like that the toe box is not super pointed so I can interchange them with my barefoot shoes. Read more

As the fall weather brought us the coolness in the air I have been needing some new boots. These boots are genuine leather, they are buttery soft and ultra comfortable. They are very short ankle boots, so I have been wearing them without socks. These fit me like they are made for me. I have been wearing them to work everyday. The zipper on the back of the heel is super smooth. My feet have never felt smelly or sticky after wearing these boots all day, that is because they are made of that super quality genuine leather. The media could not be loaded. I got these fory daughter thinking she could use them on her long hospital shifts. The shoe runs a bit small. I got her usual size 8 but these rubbed the top of the toes (!) and at the front of the shoe. These were fuzzy on the inside and it's hot here so that was a no go. I thought the toe box looked wider to provide wiggle room. I was wrong. The toe box looks wide but it isn't. There is no arch support at all. It has no cushion on the bottom, the fuzzy part doesn't provide a squish factor. The lace is not functional cinching the shoe. It's just for looks. The zippered heel is a nice feature. Read more
