For reference, I’m 5’5”, 150 lbs, and ordered a Small (the only size available). The fit is very snug, so I would recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially if layering. The fabric has a bit more weight than standard thermals, which contributes to warmth and a substantial feel. Please note: batteries are not included, which I did not initially realize. I’ll need to purchase compatible batteries or test whether batteries from other heated garments work. I am impressed with the quality of this heated thermal underwear. The battery is not included, which is clearly stated in the product title, so that should not come as a surprise. I noticed another reviewer marked it down for that reason, but it is important to read the title carefully because it does say the battery is not included. We already had a compatible battery, so this was not an issue for us. The material is thick and fleece lined, and it feels very well made.
