I've been searching for a maroon, suede mini skirt all fall/winter long and so happy that Amazon finally started selling these. The skirt is so lovely and beautiful. Perfect for winter. The material is of quality and isn't too thick or too thin. It's great for 50 degree weather and pairs well with high knee boots and a long sleeve shirt. The slit is so stylish. The fit is perfect as well. I bought a size S and my curves fill out the skirt. Just like the description, it is high waisted and fit my waist perfectly without falling below the waist. The length was just below my butt, very flattering, and doesn't ride up. It's not too short or too long which I've had a problem with Amazon skirts in the past. I went to Dill@rds in the mall and tried on suede skirts for over an hr. A few brands in the womens and even tried the juniors. Im 5'1 and the juniors was cuter but too short for me in my opinion. (Im 41) the ladies departments were a little old looking, too long hitting my knees, or the price tag was $100 and still not a great fit. So i took a risk and ordered this skirt. Its so cute! Nice quality, feel, and color. It is not stiff. Good length for me and still a little sexy. I wish it had a little clasp at the top for zipping purposes. Looks great with a sweater or bodysuit.
