All of the images shown for these pants make them look like semi-dressy pants. I knew they were polyester, which can be a variety of textures. However I was not expecting them to be shiny black, looking like spandex work out leggings or yoga pants. I wouldn’t wear that with heals or a nice blouse, as they appear in the product photos. This is a nice pair of pants. I like the way they flow when I walk. I received a size up from what I typically wear, and they are a bit big on me, so I believe they are true to size. The pants have a high ruffled elastic waist. They have plenty of room to stretch. I wanted these for Thanksgiving dinner when I overeat and my typical pants get uncomfortable. These served their purpose and stretched with ease. They are comfortable to wear around the house and dressy enough to be able to wear out. Read more
