I am 5'10" tall and wear a 44D bra, and this sweater feels like it was tailored for me. I absolutely love the Houndstooth design. Because I'm tall, I usually expect sleeves to be a bit short for me. The sweater also has the perfect length and can cover up what I need to have covered for the sake of modesty. For context, I am 5'4 and about 175 lbs. I usually wear my sweaters in XL, however, for this particular cardigan, I went with a size L. It turned out great! It's still at my preferable oversized look and style and fits great. It's soft and a great texture. It's the perfect cozy material for those cold summer or fall nights. My wife wears large in tops, but she ordered a medium on this one. And that's a good thing, because even with that, she has to roll up the sleeves and it completely covers her butt. So this is a large sweater masquerading as a medium. So keep that in mind and order a size smaller. The pattern is interesting and different, while still being classic at the same time, which is cool. The material is somewhat breathable, which keeps you from sweating and overheating in it, leading to that "cold and hot at the same time" problem.
