Fun fun fun! These knee-high boots are just fun! I really like how they look on me. I've always had thinner legs (even if I gain a few pounds - you know what I mean) I did let a friend try them on with the same size foot as me. She couldn't zip them due to her calf being muscular. The size for me was perfect. I'm an 8 1/2 and these fit very comfortably. The packaging was really nice and kept the shape of the boot well. It is a plastic wrapped styrofoam insert so not eco-friendly, but I will probably keep the toe inserts in the boots when I'm not wearing them. They arrived in good shape withut scuffs or marks on them. These are kind of a cross between "Let me kick your @55" and "I'm feeling a bit sassy today" boots. The extra tall and wide heel gave me that little boost up in height and was nice and stable to stand around in. Stitching was clean and straight, and the long zippers didn't cause any issues. You will want to use either a tapered pants or something without cuffs for inside the boot. I just wore them with a regular pair of jeans. I would use these for casual, a night on the town, or even just a girls dress-up shopping day. Read more
