Women's Long Cardigans Floor Length Open Front Lightweight Long Sleeve Duster Maxi Cardigan with Pockets (XL - Wine Red) I was never one for wearing cardigans or sweaters, but now that I'm 51, it's time I change my wardrobe to "old people clothes" as my kids keep telling me. I live in Central Florida on the East Coast, so it doesn't get that cold, so a light cardigan seems like just what the DR ordered... I ordered this long length cardigan because I love the duster length look and figured it would be flattering and slimming on me. I'm happy that it was available in wine red, as this is one of the colors in my autumn palette. It looks great with my red hair and green eyes. So this cardigan arrives quickly and well packaged, undamaged. I opened it and immediately slipped it on... And fell head over heels in love with it!!! The fabric is a polyester/spandex blend that's super soft, I'm constantly petting my arms in it, a little stretchy but not over stretchy, and the best part... IT'S GOT 2 DEEP POCKETS!! The length is just below mid-calf length on me, I'm 5'4" short. It's got long sleeves and an open front v-neck cut. It's lightweight and doesn't "hang" on me, instead it flatters my shoulders. It hangs open but when I pull it together, it clings to itself over my breasts. It's nice and flowy around my legs and blocks sharp chilly winds from cutting thru to my skin, keeping me warmer than I thought this thin material ever could. I'm passionately happy with this purchase and it seems I may actually enjoy dressing like an old woman these days... The price tag is only $26.99 and I'll say this is a really good price because I was pricing cardigans at a brick and mortar store a few days ago... They're 2 to 3 times more expensive there than this one is. I may have to get a few of the other colors they offer now... Read more
