I like the color and the quality of the denim on this skirt, but it is not designed for a shorter gal nor a full-figured one. At 5"3-4 it is floor length on me (which is not what is shown in the photo). And the size I ordered fit but not comfortably - it is non-stretchy. I am not a fan of the high slit but it is necessary in order for you to move. The zipper worked but not smoothly - concerned about it getting stuck in the future. This skirt is actually made of denim, not the stretchy fake denim that everything else is made from these days, but actual heavy weight denim. I chose the dark blue, which I love. The skirt is a bit long, and the waist a bit tight; I ordered small and I am glad I did because medium would have been too big. Despite the waist being a bit tight, I will wear the skirt, it’s not uncomfortable. I typically wear a 27/28 inch waist, this feels like it would fit a 25/26 inch waist. This is OK, it runs small. I ordered my regular size and found it to be extremely snug at the waist so it was not comfortable for me as there is no stretch to it. It is a cute style and I so wanted it to work for me, especially with the high slit but it just didn't. I have an athletic build and has some curves, but it is not at all flattering on me. Read more

I really wanted to like this skirt but when it came in and I put it on, I wasn’t a fan. It just does not look good on my body type or my size. I just felt like it just laid wrong on me and I really didn’t like the leg cut out as much as I thought I would. To me the skirt is made for someone of a smaller size and not so much for a plus size person. I’m 5’5 and I weigh 200 pounds normally wear an extra large but I went ahead and ordered the 2X hoping they would give me a little more room. But it really hugged me in the waist area. And due to having a larger stomach, it just wasn’t flattering and made it look even bigger. Nothing wrong with the skirt per se. It’s just not to my liking. The skirt has 2 Side Pockets and 2 Back Pockets. The skirt did come free of defects in the zipper worked. I think they skirt would be best on a thinner woman. Read more

I am 5'8, 175 and ordered a size large. The skirt isn't very stretchy, but is still comfortable to wear. It is a high quality skirt, but doesn't feel heavy at all. I really like the cut out, it is not only asthetically pleasing, but functionally allows easy movement. It will look good with boots and the fall in winter. Read more
