Excellent quality and value for the money if you are looking for a long, satin robe. It has pockets! The fabric is lightweight but that’s what makes it nice. The tie is nicely stitched and the overall appearance is beautiful. The robe is made for taller people so for those of us that are a bit shorter and prefer a longer robe that will grace the floor, you may want to move the tie loops higher which isn’t hard to do or the tie will forever sit lower. I sized mine up to the largest size even though a 2xl would have been perfect (I like everything loose. My robes must be even larger since I can layer during the winter but I do like the excess width to make it billow out as though it were a skirt). Remember that it is a kimono style and you can pleat it once you tie it if you need to. Washed it right after the initial try-on (delicate cycle and in a lingerie bag) then dried it on low to not damage the satin. It came out beautifully and even softer than when it arrived. I’m on a journey of self-care and only using all things satin at night as a treat to my skin and hair. I also bought the pink one and the plain white one. The plain solid color ones are even softer so don’t be afraid to buy them if you are looking to have multiples or layer them for additional modesty which is what I do. I layered the blue floral over the solid white and loved the thickness and modesty. Very stylish in an old Hollywood Regency way. My true size is Xl. I bought the 5XL for the flowing dressing gown look I wanted. I am not disappointed. If you have memories of elder women in your family always wearing long robes and moomoos, this is an upper class alternative. I was lucky enough to find the perfect nightgown to go with these robes that made me feel like a Hollywood starlet at home! Don’t miss out or guess! This is super soft and comfy. It is sleek and professional look (normal robe compared to some weird robes out there). It is a little to long for my taste, 5ft 9in tall person, goes almost to feet, but still good robe. The downside is the robe barely fits a 2x or 3x person (my size depends on the clothes measurements). What I mean is the robe fits perfectly, enough room, robe can close all the way and still be excess room. The problem is the tye strap that goes around the waist. The strap is not long enough for a 2x or 3x person to tye it in a bow, still can but very small bow, barely tyes. If you decide to purchase, I suggest maybe looking into a longer strap to go with it. I was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews saying the robe felt cheap. I decided to take a chance based on some tall girl, long armed feedback. I loved the robe when it came so much that I immediately ordered a different color (I now have blue floral and black floral) I live in a hot climate so these robes are perfect. Thin and airy, long and silky. To get honest I have not needed to wash mine yet as I only wear them around the house to wake up or get ready for bed. I saw a review where a woman laid down and dye got all over her sheets, I would only assume that she was wet because I have had no dye transfer on either robe, nor would I wear them out of the shower. That’s a Terry robes job. These are for lounging and feeling pretty. I’m a large frame girl so the 5x was perfect for me. I am covered well and it’s a flattering fit. LOVE IT HAS POCKETS!!! So perfect. I will probably buy every floral they have, but I’m not into solids. The stitching is all done well and I have had no issues with either robe I purchased. They both came in the plain robe bag, personally I like that. Less waste. I saw some reviews that didn’t like that. In the past when I had them they were all one size. That is not the same for me. These are so comfy, cool but warming. Great for slipping into you pj's but still want a cover. Great for after a shower. I have even worn them to bed if sick or not. I was disappointed when you could find other sizes but one size. That's when these popped up the other day. I have spent a lot of time in the last 2 years in the hospital. I were a lot of robes and cover up. But these ate truelly game changing. Cool, comfy, long,wrap around long flowing sleeve. Washes beauful. Now even has loops on the side to hold the belt. I'm tall and I wanted to be covered in the hospital and I don't like the ruff sheets. I normally were a 3 x plus. That would have been perfect butI bought the 5xplus. Just to the length and coverage. You will want one I ever color. They would make a great robe for a nursing mother. Or a o m Der mom, grandmother.
