I'm 5'2" 164lbs 38H and I bought the large, it fits okay but I think X-large might have been a bit more comfortable, the square neckline really flatters my shoulders and collarbone and the lace patch on the side adds a nice elegant touch. I wore it to a Halloween dinner cruise and also tried it on for a small cocktail party and the side slit made it easy to move without feeling restricted. The fabric is soft but thick enough that it seems like it will last and not stretch out. The stitching and lace feel solid.
