I had my mind made up that I wanted a cozy robe in a brown tone. That really limits how many you're going to see as any shade of brown for a robe is not terribly popular right now! This robe is available from several China based sellers and I just didn't want to wait for WEEKS so I ordered from this seller. (They all use the same photos, so I knew it was the same robe) I loved it when I took it out! The fabric is a little heavy, looks great and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside is like a plush. Really cozy and I loved that! I'm short (5'2" & 165) and this robe fit me perfectly! It does come to my ankles, but that's okay with me! I know that some of the Amazon sellers will say "don't wash in warm and don't put it in the dryer." I think that's done often for liability. The inside label says it's 100% polyester and basically feels like wearing a blanket. Well, there is NO way that I would buy clothing from China and not wash out any manufacturing chemicals before I wore it. So I machine washed it, warm water, and machine dried it inside out on medium and it came out FINE! I made a good purchase and have a new favorite robe! Read more

Not too heavy or light, just right. What can I say, inside and out it is just SO, SO soft and cozy! I am a true XL and the fit is perfect. I got the pink, so pretty, and the pattern on it is just lovely! It appears to have cuffed sleeves but they are just for looks, a nice touch. It says machine washable but hand wash recommended. I machine washed mine in cold water gentle cycle by itself. Even when machine-rung dry, it is very heavy so I don't see how anyone could possibly deal with hand washing it. I rolled it in a large bath towel for a while first to remove some of the moisture then hung it up to dry indoors and it turned out great. Love it! Read more

This is very well made. Thick and extremely comfortable and the long length is perfect. The hood is a plus if you like going in the backyard when its a little chilly or stand outside with your pups. Read more

The title description of this robe says “Maxi Duster Robe” so I was expecting the robe to be floor length based on the description and the picture provided. However, the robe was actually too short for my liking because unlike the picture, the robe was 12 inches from the floor which was very disappointing because I’m only 5’ 2” tall and 130 pounds. I also think I misunderstood the sizing because I ordered the small thinking it was equivalent to a medium but it is not. The small was a little too snug for me and I would need to order a medium instead. The robe was not as heavy as I expected but overall, this is a nice robe, just not for me. Read more
