I am 5'8" and usually wear a medium. I ordered a size small though, and it was somewhere between 'perfect' and 'a little loose.' It's very, very soft. The cuffs, neck, and waistband are all very wide. The color is a really deep olive/forest green and not as much of an emerald green as it looks in the picture. I didn't mind, but if you were trying to match that you'd be off. Looking through the product images, there are so many ways to style this (tucked into a skirt, with jeans and the cuffs folded up, half-tucked into dress slacks...) and it's true, it's pretty versatile. The knit is very fine and tight, giving this a very upscale look (especially compared to any sweaters I've knit for myself), but it is still heavy and warm like a true sweater. While I thought it felt loose when I first put it on, I liked that it gave room where I wanted it, but still had fit where I needed to come back to my body to make shape for me. I’m around 5’5”-5’6” at 155 lbs and ordered a medium. It felt a little bigger than I wanted. We washed and dried it and it shrunk. I’ll add those pics later. So be careful with this. The material feels soft and comfortable. I hope it holds up but even if I only get a few wears out of it, it will be worth it. Read more
This has very quickly become my favorite sweater. I had to get used to the gaping sleeves as I’m used to fitted sleeves but it doesn’t bother me anymore. You can also roll the cuff up and it looks nice too. It’s true to size. I throw it in the washer and dryer with no issues. Read more

I love this sweater. It’s very thick and warm. The fit is true to size and flattering. For a sweater that is made of man-made materials, the knit feels pretty luxurious. The only issue I have is the color is less emerald (as pictured) and more olive. That said, the listing is *described* as “army green,” so I wasn’t completely surprised.
