Please be sure to wash this by itself before wearing it. I wore it with jeans and a white top like in the picture and it turned my top and jeans pink where it touched the inside of the velvet, ruining them. It does look nice but I can’t believe it would do this to my other clothes. I have worn stuff off Amazon without washing them hundreds of times and never has this happened. Read more

When I see a velvet or velveteen item, I think warmth and softness. The negative about this fabric is that the under side is slick and it is cold to the touch until body heat warms it up. I don't like cold feeling things.. one of my oddities...and it bothers me. It wasn't bad and as long as you could keep the under side hidden so that only the pretty soft side showed, you'd have a very nice jacket. I couldn't do that so I returned it. Read more
This duster is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the photos. My only complaint is I will the arms were a little longer. I am 6 ft. And the arms hit just below mid forearm instead of wrist. No issue though, I just pushed up the sleeves to make it looked styled that way. Would def. Buy again. Read more
