Let me start off with how much my girl loves these boots. They have such a nice look to them and made quite well. These boots are also very comfortable. They literally look like some high end designer boots except these ones are very affordable giving how they look. These Voaboasy women's mid calf, kitten heel boots are adorable! They were packaged well and each boot was in its own dust bag. The boots are attractive and are a good quality. There is no side zipper and you just pull them on. I have a high instep and had no problem pulling them on. What I noticed first was the cushioning in the bottom of each boot, which made me happy that they're not flat and hard. They are very pointy, which will look great with so many outfits from wide leg jeans to dresses. The heel height is perfect for me because I don't wear heels a lot but when I do I don't want to look like a baby giraffe teetering back and forth. These just feel really solid on my feet. Since these are made of a polyurethane they should clean up very easily. The bottom of each boot a some traction and not completely smooth.
