I was afraid when I first saw these that the rounded toe and length would make me look like I was wearing snow boots or that I was some slightly tall elf. Thankfully they surprised me by not only looking stylish once on, they're also comfortable. I normally wear an 8 but went a half size up to accommodate tights or thicker socks. Definitely the right choice. Quality seems good and they feel sturdy but not stiff. Traveling now for the Christmas holiday and these are a go-to for both casual and festive wear. I surprised my wife with these boots. She is secretly into footwear big time, but she doesn't want anyone to know how much she likes it. She also doesn't want anyone spending any money on her footwear, as she feels guilty even spending money anytime she actually does break down and get herself something nice (which isn't often). So I see these boots and immediately thought of her, I said to myself, "she'll absolutely flip over these"! Well I absolutely did receive the expected reaction, she loves them. They fit her really well. She normally gets her shoes in a wide, if they have that option. It was not an option in this case, but she says that it's not an issue, they still feel good on her feet. She loves the style, she really does look fantastic in them! She also likes the faux leather deal. Where I am more into genuine, she is a hardcore animal lover and likes the whole faux movement. Even though they aren't genuine leather, they still seem to be good and durable. You have to really know what you're looking at to be able to tell they are not genuine. And you can't actually tell just from looking without touching. They are really comfortable on her. She has worn them several different days now, each time for anywhere from 3 to 10 hours without taking them off. She doesn't complain of them hurting or causing discomfort while wearing them for extended periods. I really think that the boots are a good value for the cost. The asking price for them is $54.99, but right now, at the time of this review, the coupon price is $46.74, which is a really fair price if you ask me. These fit perfectly theres enough room that i can wear thick socks to keep my feet warm during winter. They are comfortable. The inside feels soft and kinda thick on the sides. There's no zipper- its wide enough to just slide your feet in so it would be perfect for ladies with wide calves. I like these boots because theres no heel to them. So these are perfect for casual wear. The color is black, just like the picture. They feels like good quality from what I can tell. I dont wear boots too often so I would think these will last awhile. Its more casual style in my opinion. Read more

These fit pretty true size and have a nice wider toe box. You could definitely use these with thinner socks for fall or thicker wool socks for the winter. They're not quite mid calf on me , but my legs are a bit longer and my calves are a bit thicker due to working out twice a day. Due to the width of the calfs , you could use these with tactical pants or tuck jeans in with no problem. They are very versatile. They are also comfortable with little break in time. I test the comfortability of boots by wearing them inside for housework as well as out and about. These did not hurt my feet although I did have thicker socks on. I'm not sure that I would use these as fashion boots but more for outside during rain or snow. They are more like a writing boot but still very cute. The bottom has a pretty decent tread and the material is nice and thick and insulated on the for added warmth. Overall they are good quality and constructed well. How nice to find an attractive boot with all my requirements! I don’t do heels—at all, so this 1 inch heel is perfect, plus I need room for my toes and the rounded shape is very comfortable. I also needed something with a bit of stretch for when my feet swell, the faux leather does have a bit of give to them, as well as making the boots more comfortable. I usually wear between 9.5 and 10, so I ordered the ten. I won’t be able to wear thick socks, but they do fit perfectly with regular, so definitely size at least 1/2 up if you’re a half size. I appreciate good packaging, to me it’s like frosting on a cake, and these boots go above and beyond. This business certainly cares about its products and customers! The boots come in a beautiful silvery box, each boot is individually wrapped and there’s foam to help the boots keep their shape. I am a big woman yet I didn’t have any problems getting the boots on and off. They look really good, they’re quality made and the price reflects that, I would definitely recommend getting them!
