These boots in Cognac are the best boots I have ever owned! I love these boots, I was so worried about ordering these due to the price is very high for me but I was so tired of buying a boot and returning because I may as well just wore rain boots with the size of most boots on the calves I am 5'7 and these hit perfectly under the knee for skirts and jeans, they fit perfect with even a thicker jean on and bigger socks. My ankles are 7" circumference, I was worried based on the size chart they would look huge around my ankles but the cut of the boot is perfect so it does not look strange even though they are big around the ankle. My calf is 12.75 and I found no issues zipping them up but they fit snug enough to wear with no tights and still not look funny. They are very elegant but sexy. I wish I could afford to buy them in another color but this is the most I have ever spent on a shoe/boot in my entire life, I literally was sweating when I decided to buy them, I could afford it, but it felt so self indulgent to spend this much on myself but I am so glad I did. FINALLY a boot that fits my legs. Thank you to SoleMani for considering us people with thinner calves! But drop the price please!!! I run over 50 miles a week but I still would never even spend this much on a quality running shoe. I’m in my late 40s and I’ve never in my life had boots that fit my 11.5” calves. On top of the fact that they fit my calves, these boots are so incredibly comfortable! I just ordered a second pair! I wear these 12-14 hours per day at work on hard tile floor and my feet never hurt! If you have thin calves, measure them to be sure you order the right size. I didn’t know just how thin my calves were until I ordered the slim and had to exchange for the ultra slim. Save yourself the time!! But definitely buy these boots! They are perfection! Read more
MY NEW FAVORITE BOOT MAKER! IF you're considering buying this particular pair of boots, please know they are only intended for VERY skinny-legged women. I happen to be one of them and these boots rock! I've been searching literally - for years! Finally, a shoe manufacturer that designed boots for the skinny leg! I've done your homework (if you've found my review in time!) for you, years of it in fact. PROS: Head turning shoes! I receive a compliment each time I sport these boots. Heel is about 4" tall and overall is comfortable (if you're accustomed to wearing higher heels). Excellent quality materials. Fast shipping. Communicable seller. Did I say SEXY ??? CONS: The ball of the foot area is somewhat tight. My purchase is a "M" medium in width, which is the standard. I didn't notice if they offer "wide" but I would *highly* recommend ordering it as "wide" - even if you're NOT and never considered yourself to be. It only adds a few centimeters and won't look like "special" shoes -- or like they're "Wides". ** This is the only reason I didn't give my feedback "5 Stars". The seller deserves a 5. But the mfg gets the hit. You'll thank me later, IF they even offer wide. I'd have done that, and I'm a small size 8 in shoes. It makes a difference if you're walking or planning on standing up for more than 2 hours. I recommend to all higher end shoe sellers to include and extra set of heel posts with our orders. I don't have big legs, but I have large calves for my legs and the shaft just barely fits. I love the boots, but if you have big legs, these will not work for you. Otherwise, I love these boots: the color, heel height, and the fact that they hug my legs snuggly. I get alot of compliments when I wear them. Read more

The boots are beautiful thus the 4 stars, however, there needs to be a platform built into the toe area as too much pressure ends up at the ball of the foot. I have 12 1/2" circumference calves exactly and it was difficult to get these to zip up. The 8 1/2 Medium is my normal size and these fit length-wise. Unfortunately, I am returning these because of the comfort not existing; it's hard to justify spending so much and never wearing them.
