Just received this thick white coat and couldn’t wait to try it. This white coat is soft, thick and warm enough for the cold air conditioned office. I developed back pain because of poor circulation caused by the air condition in my office sitting there 5 days a week. This coat is bit loose but perfect for adding a vest for cooler weather or colder air conditioned office. Finally found a thick white coat I’ve been looking for. This is an excellent winter blazer that is super easy to wear with jeans or over a skirt with boots for an office setting. I have tried other brands which have been nice but not as nice as this. It hangs beautifully in the back where some of them do not. The sleeves are an excellent perfect length. I am 5'6"and 137 and I ordered the extra large so that I could easily button it with a sweater underneath. I ordered three of them. Burgundy black and most recently the khaki. It is not bulky it's not too long or short it's perfect. The fabric is excellent and doesn't hold lint or hair as some others do and it does not pill. This is a must have for a woman who wants to dress with a little class and look effortlessly put together. I live in New England and it is warm enough without bulk. I am returning this blazer as well as the camel color. The sleeves are long but the deal breaker is the weight. These blazers are heavier than an overcoat. They certainly can’t be worn inside for any length of time. Read more

This fully lined jacket is really beautiful, although somewhat boxy in style and the buttons used are ugly to me. I was willing to change the buttons to something white, because the jacket would make a lovely carcoat. It's really too heavy weight to be considered a blazer. As a carcoat, it fit my 5'9", 180 lbs. pear-shaped frame beautifully. The color is a pure clean white and the texture has a nice woolen feel. Sadly, therein lies the problem I had with the jacket. My skin has a sensitivity to wool, making me itch. I can sometimes wear a wool blend, but sadly, not this gorgeous jacket. If you do not have a sensitivity to wool and you don't mind the brown buttons (or you don't mind changing the buttons), then I definitely recommend this jacket. This coat is beautiful! it is fully lined, THICK and comfortable. I am 5'5" 190lbs and the XL fits just fine. It is not full in the stomach area but it is sufficiently large so that I can button it. I am amazed at the quality for the price. I want more! Read more

Agree with reviewers who describe this jacket as heavy. Feels more like an overcoat. That said, this blazer is extremely well-cut. I was able to wear a sweater under it and an actual overcoat over it and felt comfortable. It is also wonderful for being on the go in cold weather, but still wanting to look stylish.
