I am in my 70's and I love these OOFOS Sandals. I wear them indoors as my floors are wood and very hard. They were recommended by my Podiatrist to help with my lower back pain. Ordered these from recommendation from orthopedic doctor. I don’t wear thongs because they are usually too big, but the Oolala are suppose to be a narrow fit. I wear 8.5 shoe less for open toe. I ordered 8 and it was too big. Chanced ordering a 7 and they fit with room on length. I think their sizing is off. Comfortable for walking around the house. Read more

I love my Oofos Oolala Recovery Sandals, they’ve honestly changed how I walk with knee pain. This is my 3rd or 4th pair of OOFOS and I love them. I have had 3 back surgeries and these shoes give me the support that my legs need now.
