The title says it all -- these boots really have given me my life back post-foot surgery. I am struggling with a high instep due to a bump on the top of my foot from surgery + high arches. The firm arch support, heel stabilization, and overall roominess of this boot is so appreciated. I've tried on or ordered dozens of boots at this point, and this is the first pair that meets the mark in all of my needs. Bonus - they're actually kinda cute on. Read more

These are very nice warm boots! They are very comfortable and my feet feel very stable in them, not flopping around inside them. I’m glad I finally found a boot that gives ankle and heel support. Read more

Living in the snowbelt means enduring months of slushy commutes, icy trails, and endless shoveling, so when my wife's chronic plantar fasciitis flared up last winter—turning every step into a wince—I knew we needed boots that prioritized comfort over cute. After sifting through endless options, these women's orthopedic wide snow boots became our saving grace, and after a full season of real-world testing from urban errands to weekend cabin getaways, they're hands-down excellent quality and great for my wife's feet, delivering the kind of all-day support that feels like walking on clouds wrapped in a heated hug. The wide toe box and mid-ankle height accommodate her orthotic insoles without squeezing, while the built-in arch support—cushioned with memory foam and a rigid heel cup—cradles her high arches like a custom podiatrist prescription, eliminating that familiar stab of heel pain even after hours pounding snow-packed paths or standing at holiday markets. We've hiked through fresh powder in the Adirondacks and trudged through city salt without a single blister or fatigue, thanks to the waterproof leather upper and insulated Thinsulate lining that traps warmth down to 20°F without overheating, keeping her toes toasty while the breathable mesh panels prevent that clammy buildup on milder days. What seals the deal on these diabetic-friendly trekking shoes is the thoughtful engineering that goes beyond basics: the shock-absorbing EVA midsole softens impacts on uneven terrain, making them ideal for casual winter walks or light hiking, and the grippy, self-cleaning rubber outsole bites into ice like crampons lite, giving her confidence on slick driveways without the bulk of full-on mountaineering gear. Sizing runs true (we grabbed a women's 8 wide, and it fits like a glove with room for thick socks), and the neutral black finish pairs effortlessly with jeans or thermals for that put-together vibe, no clunky compromises here. After dozens of wears and a few machine-wash cycles (air-dry to preserve the fluff), they look as fresh as day one—no cracking, peeling, or odor, just reliable performance that has her ditching the old clunkers for good. At this price for such orthopedic-grade relief wrapped in stylish warmth, they're a steal for anyone battling foot woes in the freeze—my wife's mobility and mood have skyrocketed, and ours is the pair that's already got friends asking for the link. If winter's got your soles screaming, lace up these beauties and step into pain-free paradise! Read more

I made an error on the size in my original order, and contacted the company to see if I could exchange them for the correct size. They were absolutely wonderful about it. Today I got the new ones and they fit like a dream. These are just the most adorable cute pair of winter boots ever. My wide feet often feel very pinched by pretty boots, I have struggled many years to get boots that were both nice looking and comfortable for my feet. These are perfect. I love the soft black suede exterior, and the fashionable lacing looks so smart. The sneaky little zippers on the side let me I slip them on easily. They have safe grip soles. I love the wooly tops where the wooly fabric inside creates a top cuff. So cute. The soles are soft and cushioned, and they come with a couple pairs of thin foam inserts meant to help adjust the fit so it’s perfect for any foot. I will definitely be using the firm plastic heel supports to give me that extra side and heel support that keeps my feet from aching. All the shoes from this company use this multiple insert system, and it works beautifully. It really helps these boots fit just the way I want. These boots look great and are so comfortable they could be slippers…without the slipping part! For shopping, parties, going to events in the winter, these are my stepping out boots. I want to let you know that this company cares about their clients and customer service is excellent. That counts for so much. Thanks to them for these amazing comfy boots! They are a fantastic value. These boots should hold up really well for several years or more, and I will happily go to this company next time I need footwear. Read more

I am not sure these warrant the price honestly. I can say I love these boots though! Out the box, these are as pictured. You can see these are a 'wide' just from looking down at the shoe! Great support, very bouncy. I like the added inserts these come with, bonus. Very warm and fluffy inside. The soles have incredible grip and tread. I can walk around all day in these and not have my feet hurt. Quality boots, great material and well made. I got a size 8 and they fix just as expected. I have a wide arch but also prefer wiggle room on my toes. I can wear a smaller size, but I prefer size 8 overall to allow for my toes to wiggle and breath. I have not worn these in full snow yet, but these have held up just fine in slushy snow mess streets as well as icy walkways. I have worn these in the rain, and they appear to be waterproof, but I cannot guarantee that as I was only walking in the rain for a bit. It wasn't like I walked in puddles and such. As these are a fabric material, I would suggest if you plan to use these for heavy duty water exposure, you use an additional waterproofing spray of sorts. Overall, I love these boots, I just am not sure the price is worth it having only had them a few months so far. If these make it through more than one winter, I will update. Although so far, these seem like they will make it. Read more
