It has a wide neck, but it’s not stretched out how it is in the picture. It fits nicely around the neck. You can adjust it down by your shoulders if you want to it’s very stretchy. Cute off the shoulder sweater! Definitely has the “oversized” look and feel. Runs true to size chart, I ordered a size small. For reference I’m 5’7 approximately 135lbs and wear a 34E on top.
