This shirt is a beautiful in person as advertised. The fit is true to size, the skirt is moderate weight, the high/low ruffle hem is immaculate, sewn well and the hip area is quite creative. I really don't have hips, but this skirt gives me plenty in the best way. The color is vivid, not dull or matte and the waistband does extent/stretch enough for comfort.
