This dark orange jacket was perfect for my Zoom interview. I didn't want to wear black or white, wanted to look appropriate but also wanted to stand out. The color was just as shown, fabric was a light tweed and the buttons didn't look cheap. I'm a 5ft tall, 38C, size 12. Originally purchased a size XL but it was too large. A size Large was perfect. It hit right at my waistline and sleeves weren't too long. Now understand that this is not lined, it's assembly line stitched so it's going to fit like a high end garment. But for the price, I'm very happy. Have worn this to dinner with jeans and to the office. Yes, I got the job! Read more
This jacket has a lot of features I like. It is fully lined, and the front pockets (behind the bows) are much more capacious than I expected. I also like the fabric better than I thought I would. The scalloped edges and bow pockets make it unique. It would work for fall, winter (with a sweater) and fall. This jacket looks just as attractive (maybe more attractive) open as it does closed. There's a lot to like about this one. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it's not as flattering as I had hoped, and is not a great fit for my particular body type (but it might be fine for yours). It is cropped and boxy. It comes just to my natural waistline (I'm 5ft 6 but my upper body is probably half-inch to an inch shorter than typical for my height.) My shoulders are fairly wide, and the shoulders on this are not quite wide enough for me. I could use an extra inch or two of width there. Also, the sleeves are just a tad short for me (but I think my arms are an inch or so longer than average). I might get out my sewing machine and put a couple of darts in the back so that it conforms to my body better. A more fitted look is just my preference, though this jacket is designed to look boxy. Overall, I recommend the jacket, as long as you are not looking for a fitted style. Read more

I am so pleasantly surprised by this little jacket. It's JUST like the picture which is quite rare on Amazon. It's a great way to dress up an outfit that feels a little boring or is lacking pattern. Some things to know: -The red color is a gentle red color, not a screaming red. Almost a rust color but not quite. I photographed with a very red jacket to illustrate the difference. -The scalloped edges are well constructed and evenly spaced. -The fabric is a nice tweed-boucle hybrid. I like it! I have a couple other Amazon pieces in a similar fabric and they're quite fancy looking. Nice weight to the fabric as well. -I ordered a medium and it fits just right with room for a sweater or something underneath. -I don't LOVE the bows on the pockets but the overall look is still mature enough. You'd definitely want to wear this with something more masculine to avoid looking juvenile. -Once I steamed the entire garment it looked 100 times better obviously. Read more
This appears to be well made. It is even, doesn’t have lots of loose threads, lining etc. the color is a light peachy pink. It is mid-weight. I like the bows on the pockets. The scalloping trim down the front and collar may be just a bit too “frilly” for me. But it does make it unique. I’d say it fits exactly true to size. This will be nice in my work rotation, possibly w jeans for a night out. Read more
