This skirt isn't perfect, but it checks off so many boxes on my personal list of what I like in clothing that I felt it more than earned the 5 stars for me. Let's start with overall quality. There are no questionable seams or loose threads on my skirt. Everything is neat and appears to be good quality workmanship. The fabric is almost perfect. It's so wonderfully soft and smooth. It is, however, slightly thin and I wish the waistband had been a bit thicker as well. While being somewhat thin, it is not see through, which is a huge bonus, but while it'll be comfortable in the summer months you'll definitely need tights or leggings come fall. It is long, and if you're short like me (5foot2inches) it comes down to like the middle of my calf instead of just under the knee. To me that's not a deal breaker, but I'm mentioning it for someone looking for something shorter. Lastly, it is so comfortable to wear with a classy enough look to pass at the office. My overall conclusion on this skirt? The fabric could be a bit thicker and higher quality, but it gets the job done while still looking fabulous and classy. It's a piece worth owning especially when you need that extra comfort, but still need to be put together.
