YES IT IS STRETCHY! I don't know why clothing manufacturer's leave this point out ESPECIALLY with bathing suit cover ups but if you are not "one size fits most" its nice to know if that is really the case. I am a size 20-22 and typically wear a 2x....I got a 4x in this and am glad I did...it stretches but its a coverup and I wanted some extra room for it to feel that way. If you are 3x or 4x there is a lot of stretch to this it just won't hang. Its well made so I am pleased! Read more
