I think this 3x fits more like a 2x. It doesn't open in the front, its sewn closed, so there's no way for extra room. Its not loose in waist and bust area, and i usually wear a 2x, I got the 3x on purpose to be loose and oversized. Its not. The material is like a muslin feel. Zero stretch. Yes its light and breezy and will probably be quick dry. But keep that in mind when you buy. The color is vibrant, I had a hard time getting a good image, think the turquoise color like you see in jewelry, but with a hint more green than blue in it. She said that its not a problem because it doesn't look sloppy, but she was wishing it was truer to its intended size.
