The material is not as thick as it looks in the photos. I live in Maine, and we have very cold winters. This sweater is alright for mild fall/spring days, but I'll have to wear another layer under it in the winter to make sure it's warm enough. It fits true to the size, and the color is exactly as expected. It's soft and comfortable. A bit stretchy and baggy, so it's perfect for a comfy look. I got this sweater in the apricot color for my daughter who loves neutral colored clothing as well as oversized/loose tops. She love it. I ordered her normal size, and this sweater is loose enough to feel a bit oversized for her. The material is so super soft and warm without being too heavy. The cut is flattering and she loves the small side slits. Great for wearing with jeans to dress it up a bit or with leggings for a nice lounge fit. Read more

I bought this sweater in size large and am 5’7” and 175lbs. I’m a bit longer than average in the torso and have pretty long arms but not ridiculously long. The fit it the torso is good, a loose, oversized fit and good length. The arms, however, are I would say about 2” too short. The proportions aren’t quite right compared to the product photos and they fit a bit weird… it seems like a different product almost. The product photos show the sleeves maybe an inch longer than the torso. The actual product, the sleeves are about an inch shorter than the torso, also the cuffs are tighter, more like tight sweatshirt cuffs. The resulting look on this sweater is a bit frumpy. I don’t know if washing and blocking would help but I don’t have time for that. I’ve tried to stretch the sleeves longer and cuffs bigger dry but they didn’t stay. The sweater is soft and comfortable and has good stretch to it. The material is a bit thinner and doesn’t hang or drape like the product photos. I like the stitching and knit, with the seams on the outside and a bit of a knit pattern on the back. The sleeve proportions are a bit of a shame and not that attractive. I will probably try to sew and cut some thumb holes so that the sleeves will be pulled down longer when I wear it. It could be worn with the sleeves pulled up and look okay too. Overall, I find it comfortable but not the most stylish because of the awkward fit. I will likely wear for lounging only. Read more

This is a “get it in every color” type of sweater to me. It’s super soft and cozy, while still thin to give a flattering oversized look. I like the exposed seams. They are such a fashionable detail that make this basic piece stand out. I’ve been working on building a “capsule” wardrobe make up of memorable staple pieces and this sweater could definitely be styled to be more fancy or casual depending on what you pair it with. I could see myself wearing it out for date night with some high waisted jeans or with dress pants for work. I love that this is so versatile and comfortable. The look is oversized, and I did size up when I ordered. If I order again, I’d likely select my regular size because there is already positive ease (extra space) in this sweater.
