This purse...I love for MANY reasons...first of all you can grab it by the handles and carry in one hand OR you can hook the shoulder strap on and wrap it over your head onto the other shoulder. I've used this purse for less than 3 months and the leather strap holding the D-ring on the side that you clip the shoulder strap broke, dumping the contents while I was in the checkout line of the grocery store. Truly sad as I loved this purse overall, the size, the pockets, the color, etc., which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately, it's past the return time so I can't return it. EDIT: Seller contacted me after the review and offered to send me a replacement purse free of charge. I received the new purse quickly and it is in great condition. I'm very happy to receive the new purse and hope it lasts longer than the first one. Thank you for making this right! EDIT #2: New purse broke in the same way after 4 months of use.
